Fuel Pressure Assembly
Custom bent 3/8 304 polished stainless tubing, -AN fittings, fuel block and gauge. Once installed, fuel pressure adjustments are a snap and the assembly fits nicely under the stock air cleaner box.

Bushing Service
Have a rough idle issue? A possible cause may be you have worn throttle shafts that do not have bushings from the factory. We install new self lubricating Oilite bushings to restore that like new movement and seal of the throttle shafts.

Each TB base is broken down and glass beaded, Oilite bushings are installed and the unit is reassembled. You will also receive all the gaskets necessary to reinstall your TBs on your manifild. Here is the list of gaskets you will receive - 2 base, 2 air filter housing, 2 - injector tower, 2 - IAC and 4 Teflon washers for the fuel lines.

Note: Only ship the bases we do not need the injector towers.

TB Regulator Adjusting Tool
This tool makes adjusting the fuel pressure a snap. No more having to remove the injector tower and play a guessing game to adjust the pressure. Once the plate in the regulator on the rear throttle body has been removed, you can adjust the fuel pressure while the motor is running.

TPS Harness
Once the adapter is installed proper adjustment of the TPS voltage is easily made. No more probing the back of the harness connector or intrusive probing of individual wires which introduces corrosion and will cause issues.

Block-off Plate
If you parallel plumb your TBs you can either leave the regulators installed or remove them and install these extremely flat plates. Each plate is machined to 0.005" flatness and the included black Neoprene gaskets ensures a good seal. Each plate is 3/8" high quality aircraft aluminum.

TB Boring Service (2.0" only)
If you need more airflow, these will help get you there by boring the TBs to 2.0 inches. Both TBs are bored to 2.0 inches plus we install new bushings, new throttle plates and clean TBs. 2.0 inch TBs flow in excess of 700 CFM depending on how they have been flowed. Larger bore sizes will be available later. Price is for one set of TBs.

84 Corvette Performance Chip
Our chip is similar to others in the marketplace only cheaper. There is increased fueling, spark and improved TCC settings. We do not make any claims of "You will get X more horsepower" for the simple reason each motor is different and setups vary. This is for a stock motor and can be used with smaller cams, ported manifolds and 2" TBs.

HAM Board
Convert the GM 127747 or 1228746 TBI ECM to be plug and play compatible with the existing stock harness. No need to splice wires. Just install the HAM module, plug it in and you are ready for tuning. (additional hardware and software may be required)
